Jessica Alba

I'll be going out for dinner with Mantou in a few minutes. She's bringing Chris and I to this place in Taringa which is just opposite the Domino's pizza. It's opened by a Singaporean chef who used to work at some hotel. Considering how much I've been missing local food, I hope this place has high standards although Mantou promises that his food is totally S'porean. *drool* I wonder what I'm going to order. Too many choices and I can only pick 1!

I downloaded Dark Angel - Season 1 & 2 from the network today. Just finished watching the very 1st episode of this show. It really brings back good memories and Jessica Alba really kicks butt in this show. I think she is so much better as Max rather than Susan Storm. Such a pity they decided to cancel the show after 2 seasons. It left me with so many unanswered questions. Dark Angel also reminds me of Lynda. We used to chat about the shows during training and I still remember her Dark Angel stunt in the park. Not that I actually got to witness it, but according to her, she was riding her bike through the park on a rainy day and the bike skidded like how Max's bike does all the time. The only thing is, Lynda ended up with terrible abrasions on both her knees and they became really infected. The pus on those wounds were grotesque!!! Looking at them made me lose my appetite but strangely, I couldn't stop looking at them. It was like some kind of disgusting force drawing my eyes towards them! Freaky!!!

An ex-colleague introduced a new singer to me. James Blunt. Apparently he's really popular but I'm so out-of-touch with the music industry these days. He sings slow sad love songs but they are nice to chill out. Songs that you can leave on, lie on your bed and stare at the ceiling while the music plays....
